Crystal Shores Pool Maintenance LLC is a personal, hands-on pool service business in Florida, owned and run by Aidan Aichele. This page explains what information we collect through our website (crystalshoresfl.com), our customer portal and our service app (PoolRoute Pro), and what we do with it. What we collect
- Website contact form: your name, email, pool address (if you give it) and your message. To fight spam we also keep the country your request came from.
- If you are a customer: your name, email, phone, service address, gate or access notes, and details about your pool and equipment.
- Service records: what we do at each visit: water test readings, chemicals and treatments added, checklist and notes, visit times, and photos of your pool and equipment.
- Billing: invoices and whether they are paid. We do not see or store your card or bank details; payments are handled by QuickBooks (Intuit).
- Our team's app accounts: name, email, login, and work-day times and mileage while on the route.
How we use it
Only to run our pool service: answer your questions, give estimates, schedule and do the work, send you service reports with readings and photos, send invoices and receipts, and keep our business and tax records. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Services we use
A few trusted companies process information for us, only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts our website and app and stores their data and service photos.
- Intuit QuickBooks Online handles our invoices and payments.
- Resend delivers our emails (service reports, invoices, website messages).
- Google (Gmail) is our business email inbox.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. The app uses one cookie to keep our team signed in. Your customer portal opens from a private link in your service emails, so please don't share that link.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records while you are a customer and afterward as long as needed for billing, tax and legal records. Website messages from people who don't become customers are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can stop service report emails at any time. Email Crystalshoresfl@gmail.com or call or text 850-461-0099. We will answer within 30 days. Some billing records may need to be kept for tax or legal reasons; we'll tell you if so.
Security
Our sites use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, connection keys are encrypted, and only our team can see customer records. No system is perfect, so please tell us right away if you notice anything wrong.
Children
Our website and services are for adults; we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Big changes will be emailed to customers.
