Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026
These terms cover your use of our website (crystalshoresfl.com), the customer portal and our service app (PoolRoute Pro), run by Crystal Shores Pool Maintenance LLC, Florida ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: Crystalshoresfl@gmail.com or call or text 850-461-0099.
The website
The website tells you about our pool service and lets you contact us. Sending a message or asking for an estimate doesn't create a service agreement. Your service, schedule and price are agreed directly with us.
Customer portal
Customers get a private link to view their visits, readings, photos and invoices. Anyone with the link can see that information, so keep it private. If you think someone else has it, tell us and we'll replace it.
Team accounts in the app
The PoolRoute Pro app is for our team only. Keep your password private, use the app only for our work, and don't try to access information you weren't given. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Service reports and readings
Reports show what we found and did at the time of the visit. Water changes with weather, swimmers and equipment, so readings are a snapshot, not a guarantee. Always supervise swimmers, and follow product labels and safety instructions.
Invoices and payments
Invoices are sent through QuickBooks Online and can be paid there. The amount, due date and payment options are shown on each invoice. Please contact us about any billing question.
Photos
We take photos of your pool and equipment during service to document our work and include them in your reports. We don't post them publicly without your permission.
Using our sites
Please don't misuse the website, portal or app: no attempts to break in, overload them, scrape them, or send spam through the contact form.
Availability and limits
We work to keep the website, portal and app running and accurate, but they are provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida law.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use our sites after a change means you accept it.
